Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Ephesians 3:20-21Father, we acknowledge today that there is no one like you – you are the God of the universe and in you rests all power. You are our help in times of trouble and you are the strong hand that upholds your people. You are able to take any circumstance and work it together for the good of those who love you.
As we come to you today, we come at best out of our own understandings and thinking, but we acknowledge that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think. When we think of our nation, we are overwhelmed by the turmoil in finances, government and relationships, yet we know that nothing escapes your eyes.
We long to see your power work in us and through us to bring glory to you in all generations, today and always. We yield ourselves as instruments of righteousness in your hands and look for the evidences of your power at work. Amen.
