God is my strength and power, and He makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer and sets me on my high places.

Lord, we pray you that you are our rock and strong refuge. There is nothing that surprises you, or nothing that overwhelms you. It is your promise to make our way sure even when we feel we are treading in places of uncertainty and anxiety. As we face the challenges of life each day, we often despair because we forget who you are and what you desire to accomplish in and through us.

Help us to sense your presence today that we might gain boldness to stand firm in convictions about right and truth, speak boldly in love and act with the assurance that we are never out of your sight and never away from your presence. May we reflect your heart and mind in all things and to all people today. In Jesus’ name – Amen
