“I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him.”

Lord God, you alone are worthy to receive glory, honor and praise. There is no one like you in all the realms of heaven or earth. You created all things and by your will and good pleasure, they exist and hold together.

Because of your great love, you have adopted us as children into your forever family through our faith in your son, Jesus Christ, the only Savior of mankind. Today, we ask for the revelation of your wisdom to rest upon our minds and hearts. We desire to serve you, to honor you and to bless your name. We are desperate for your mercies which are new and fresh every morning. Make us wise with your spirit of wisdom, that we may know you more deeply and follow you more completely. Father, we desire to please you today, to honor you across this land, that everywhere your children live and move today, that place will be filled with the aroma of your presence. As we celebrate Resurrection on Easter Sunday, may there be a resurrection of passion for you and for your glory in our lives. In the name of the resurrected Christ – Amen.
