“Father, today, as we come before your throne to worship you, we give thanks for Your Word. You have sent the Living Word, your Son, Jesus, to be our Savior and to intercede on our behalf in Heaven. You have given us your written Word in the pages of the Bible, to teach us your character, your heart and your ways.

 May your Word dwell in us richly, deeply today that it might impact everything we think, say and do, that we might being honor to your Name throughout the earth. May we meditate on your Word day and night, that it might bring forth the fruit of your nature in us. May we be still and listen as the Holy Spirit leads and guides us into all of your truth. Holy Spirit, grant us understanding and discernment as we face each decision and encounter today.

 Father, today, as your children, we exalt your Word, we lift it high in our lives and before our world. It is the final authority to settle all questions and issues of life. May our hearts be focused and fixed on the sure foundation of your Word. In the name of Jesus – Amen.”
